CNN political commentator and former Bernie Sanders Press Secretary Symone Sanders was arrested on Thursday at LaGuardia Airport in New York City.

Fox News reported that Sanders was waiting in the security line at the airport when TSA agents asked her to step out of the line. Instead of complying, Sanders began to curse “in front of patrons and young children.”

Sanders was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, and she was also given a summons to appear in court next month.

This isn’t the first time Sanders has gotten into trouble at an airport. Last year, American Airlines workers called police one Sanders while she was trying to check her luggage minutes before a flight from Los Angeles. She took to Twitter at the time to say that she did not want to pay full price for a new ticket despite being a frequent flier of the airline. She added that she made the flight on time, but “didn’t understand why” the airline called police.

Of course, Sanders has claimed that she is totally innocent after her latest arrest and has tried to make this into a racial issue.

“Yesterday, I was violently arrested in the security screening line at LaGuardia airport,” Sanders tweeted. “I was taken offsite & issued a summons for “disorderly conduct.” My attorney & I look forward to the opportunity to highlight this injustice & righting what we believe to be a profound wrong.”

Since that tweet, she has retweeted several tweets that call this a racial incident, including:
